Does any one know if the Unikon ETS systems have to be three way tested.

I am hearing several people saying that there clubs are doing this but I don't see how you can three way test this system. My club has yet to do this and as the ets system doesn't come with a three way certificate why would the system need it.

Any body have anymore info on this

Thanks

our ets expert in DALRY.H.S archie says this is total nonsense,as is having to have your ets clocks present 2,weeks before 1,st raceignore them

yes they do need testing but its not a 3 way test the only clocks that need 3 way testing are wind up clocks all t3s and quartz just need running for 24 hrs

All ets's should go back to the club. That way the sec can make sure the update to update the update that updates the update has been done on there unikon

Thats how its worded in the rules but it obviously means the time should be printed off to make sure everything is o.k.
