FOUND THIS 100 YDS FROM MY LOFT

the one on the left is a gull billed tern.the other probably a brown headed tern. the Black-headed Gull

I think you are getting confused between the summer and winter plumage of the black headed gull which I reckon this one is  :-/ it could have been a barless mealy  ;D
