Mealy Cock Posted March 26, 2010 Report Posted March 26, 2010 I wonder what would happen if ALL UK pigeon fanciers kept their birds in during the BOP Breeding time. Would they starve, move away; eat the rest of the wild life birds? As it seems pigeons are the Main staple diet for them. What would the RSPB say then? just a thought.

Hi mate, they wouldn't starve,it's not nature for things to starve if there's an alternative food supply, they might clean all the Grouse and Pheasants out though, then there would be a shout. The men with cash and ability to do something about it might just act. Lindsay
pjc Posted March 26, 2010 Report Posted March 26, 2010 to have a real effect fanciers need to keep all birds confined for 1 or 2 years, then the RSPB may take notice there poor birds are starving!
