birdman55678
Does anyone have any ideas about bringing back a sterile cock to breeding capability? Thanks. Ed
Tim.Farr
I've heard of people underlaying eggs and letting the cock raise a round sometimes gets them ticking again. Bunch of Vitamin E too!
ACE LOFTS
pluck the feathers around his ass area and even cut about 2 inch of his tail. might work mate
PIGEON_MAN
I was told by a member on the forum that they gave a old cock bird part of a Vigra tablet they said that he fathered another couple of young birds so i believe they were telling the truth. birdman55678
All good ideas and I would never have thought of the viagra but guess its worth a try. I also have been told that hemp seed or steroids might help, I tried a vet to get steroids for the bird but was told it was not a choice anymore. Tim.Farr
Oh yeah and I believe I read John Sampson write once on the PML that he pulls the entire tail of the cock which gets more blood flowing to that area to help fertility. jimmy_bulger
if the cock in question is old he might just be getting bullied by younger cocks, try putting him a section on his own with his hen usually works. jimmy

wayne77
This year I thought I had to try something as had a 94 and 96 birds not had anything from in 2 years so put 94 bird to 04 hen who always gets 100% hatch and 96 bird to yearlng hen. Bought 2 products at Blackpool first VIT -E Belgica de weerd product goes on corn and TAUBERFIT E-50 Rhonfried in the water used these alongside each other and 100% hatch also a 92 bird who I can't remember last time hatched with same hen been with for 3 years just to see out retirement 2 hatched unexpectently. So will use these products next year. Used them as soon as paired until all eggs laid so over what was on bottles but really wanted babies.
