What is your Roundabout and Young Bird Systems?

NOW THAT RACING IS NEARLY OVER IM LOOKING FOR A ROUNDABOUT AND YOUNGBIRD SYSTEM FOR NEXT YEAR,CAN ANYBODY ON HERE PM ME THEIR SYSTEM AS I KNOW MOST WONT WANT IT MADE PUBLIC,I RACE FROM 73 MILES TO 191 MILES ON THE LAND AND OUT TO 371 MILES FROM FRANCE.ITS MAINLY THE FEEDING INEED TO GET RIGHT.

Just split the sexes and let them run together for 5-6 hours day of basketing. No need to over complicate things.
