ok so now my youngbirds are flying about on there own they have even done a few laps of the house and got qjuite high but still land on house after 5 min now i realise i may have left it late or i have done some things wrong so dont have a go if i try scaring them off they just move accross the terrace how can i get them to fly around thanks pp

I wouldn't worry too much they will fly longer as they become stronger and then you can think about getting them back in more quickly, various methods, I prefer a light feed before they go out and the remainder when they return, thats when they are flying really well , don't worry you'll get there All the best  Bill

Health may be an issue. If they are good and healthy they will soon be up and flying for a long time. Don't try and scare them. Try a table spoon of cider vinegar in the water then the next day a splash of Milton or bleach 2.5ml half a teaspoon. Alternate daily. Try it for 10 days. ;)
