Aye, Aye JImmy! LOL

Apparently Bob MacDonald had a one-eyed pigeon which won every eyesign class it was entered in.... dont know if it ever flew any good.

Thanks very much for opinions. It is interesting to know more about my pigeons of eye. Maybe some latter I host that pigeons photo. Than we can do discusion. Which racing is the best and which hen or cock would be pair together. ;) because spring is coming soon, but I can't decide what pairs to breed. :(

Best way is to not know nothing about it.  Beern there, done it go the T shirt.  A good bird is decided by what's in his head & what's in his heart & you can tell neither with an eye-glass

I think Mick, Jimmy and Fifer summed it up really - make sure it has eyes (hehe), race them to find the good ones as Mr Basket is more of an expert at what makes a good pigeon and as a bonus if you do have one with a nice eye have a bit of fun at the shows in the winter with it (then each judge can tell you something different each time you enter it as it is so hit and miss). My question is if the eyesign judges are so confident they can pick out winners etc each time, is there any point me racing as they are gonna beat me week in week out with all those champs they have aren't they????
