Roland Posted February 10, 2008 Report Posted February 10, 2008 Any bid should count ... provided that the winning bid, and say two or three if need be are confirmed. Shame Stu has taken that road, for I feel that some that wanted his birds. and others now possibly, are going to lose out at getting them at a great reduction of true value. Golly who cares what others bid if your's is the highest.

Probably the person that just got beat for the bird if he or she has the highest bid on the board thinking he or she has won only to find out later he or she has lost out to a pm bid he or she know nothing about, think he or she might care Roland.
Roland Posted February 10, 2008 Report Posted February 10, 2008 Yes exactly Tammy ... Golly who cares what others bid if your's is the highest. ... as long as the rihtfull bidder gets the bird!!!
Fair Play Posted February 11, 2008 Report Posted February 11, 2008 Is it not true that the confusion has arisen by the fact an offer was accepted after the 4pm cut off time it may well have been a genuine mistake and I don't think the members are questioning anyones honesty. The problem was the tie up between pm & online offers, as others have indicated maybe it should be one or the other.
