New Saturday racing club

Hi all, looking for some ideas off people, i am thinking of starting a five bird saturday super club, in my area, i obviously want to attract as many new members as possible, but dont want to upset the local fedarations, how do i go about setting the boundary? as i would welcome anyone in, but i dont want any 1 person to have a distinct advantage every race, i am looking at having a race every 2 weeks, and depending on support i am looking at having a first prize of £300 upwards, against 300 ish birds. what would attract you to join a new club etc? any thoughts/views positive or negative greatly appreciated! think it would be really good for our area, thanks in advance.

Sounds good to me. Would like one in my area. You got transport to take them to the racing? I Think you'd get people coming very easily for £300 prizemoney. But with pooling it would make it even bigger.

not that i come from your area but i guess there is to many clubs in your area already

why not think along the lines of a club we started this year

its been quite successful in its first year

we take nothing away from clubs or feds just for some good competition amongst fanciers who like to gamble on  there pigeons

have it as a nomination club, members send the birds with there own clubs as normal and nominate them into the 5birds club with a fee to be raced for!
