i was planning on doing it at night maybe even catch one in the nest so whats the answer shoot or trap it

yes roly ,  do this to clean up the magpie's & crow's , the old stuff is best , pure ethylene glycol , sweet & sticky , the new anti-freeze on the market hesen't the same effect

 

Just flipping syringe some eggs and have done with it.

get one of those lasers, you often get them on levels, go over at night and move the red lazer light about thwe nest, usually works, ITS ILEGAL  TO SHOOT OR DISTURB THEM ,

there in a tree and wont they come back during the day for some pigeon there on the roofs of the houses round my loft all day just the 2 of them 2 shots could solve the problem

There in a residential area you cant be blasting away with your shotgun youl put the neighbours windows out and get us both the jail have you got a  vermin shooting licence
