harky Posted June 18, 2009 Report Posted June 18, 2009 When you train yourself and sweat ,you lose a lot of salt and the easiest way to get it back in your system is to take a salt tablet , i found this out the hard way after walking 36 mile in one day and my legs started cramping up , problem being lack of salt in my body, after a chat with another walker thats what he advised me to take a Salt tablet
