kots1 Posted July 7, 2009 Report Posted July 7, 2009 oh kots1 give me a hammer and ill break me sh** laughing is there some one with a brain awake? ;D ;D i would say quite a few families but depends on where in the country you are racing them into, some are better suited than others. most jansseen based families would be fast but they change over the years,

Guest youngzimmy Posted July 7, 2009 Report Posted July 7, 2009 SOOJENS I THINK THAT HOW TOU SPELL IT NOW THEY ARE REAL SPEED MACHINES
REDROCKET Posted July 8, 2009 Report Posted July 8, 2009 i bought in 2 y/b herman x jansens they were big birds but top class as youngsters hav'nt done as good as yearlings or 1 year olds
BLACK W F Posted July 8, 2009 Report Posted July 8, 2009 depends what area you fly into plenty sprint familys to choose from always new names popping up
Guest strapper Posted July 8, 2009 Report Posted July 8, 2009 i dont think there can be a true record of what birds are the fastest...there are so many breeds doing well and you have to realise that some breeds maybe doing better because of the quality of fanciers flying them.
Guest ROCKYandRAMBO Posted July 8, 2009 Report Posted July 8, 2009 i think for top sprinters you would have to look at the lambrechts or the frans de meyer pigeons . these birds are ripping up the midlands just look at the results
Ronnie Posted July 8, 2009 Report Posted July 8, 2009 i agree totally the janssen family will end up like the busshearts they will be flying 600miles next.lol lol i had one from tarbes last year 700 miles also my niort cock is janssen based 500mile only bird on the night last year
Guest slugmonkey Posted July 8, 2009 Report Posted July 8, 2009 I got a hen A.U. 07 1124 she holds 3 club records and 1 national record ( not Official should be in this years yearbook ) she is janssen Janssen Brothers never said their birds wouldnt go 600 just that they were to valuable
Guest numpty01 Posted July 8, 2009 Report Posted July 8, 2009 vanderheeds haveing seen these fly i would have to say them
Merlin Posted July 8, 2009 Report Posted July 8, 2009 Lots of bloodlines to fill this, but lots is down to the fancier, his loft methods, feeding, and motivation,at sprints its its down to the fancier much more.
edwards Posted July 8, 2009 Author Report Posted July 8, 2009 red fox jancens are good birds very nice birds mate are they doing the buissness
Guest bakes Posted July 8, 2009 Report Posted July 8, 2009 staff van reets that i will be using for next year sprint racers and bussaerts for longer distances all comes down to what you like mate all the best bakes
Guest Owen Posted July 8, 2009 Report Posted July 8, 2009 Do you know that even Staf van Reet didn't have Staf van Reets. All his birds were crosses. I know for sure that Hoffman never owned a Hoffman. George Bussaert never owned a pure Bussaert but I have heard that a lot of people own these strains now. Funny is'nt it.
