Guest Posted November 6, 2007 Report Posted November 6, 2007 'Me' replied in the middle of 'my' quote, which I was modifying. his post seems to have been lost , this is what he had to say to Debbie:- The "cycline" drugs bind with calcuim in the grit and minerals to a certain extent and they are less efficent. Sounds to me like he needs a combination of Tylan and Doxycycline to tackle his problem. All the best hope you manage to turn things around for your birds DJ.
DJ Posted November 7, 2007 Report Posted November 7, 2007 hi all after treating with chevicet-t ive noticed that the affected pigeons are now breathing easier and the marking on their wattles have become smaller so hopefully they are on the mend? i thought that my loft was ventilated ok as i have vents all the way along the bottom of my loft at the front and all the way along the back at the top apart from this there is other ares on the front of my loft that are open and only covered by wire mesh can somebody put me right if u think my ventilation is at fault :-/ debbie
