hi what electrolytes does anyone use.is it best for birds when they come home off a race any answers welcome thanks

We always use dioralite,what you get from chemists for humans,on return from race or training and also when weather is very hot after exercise along with glucose and honey.You can buy powered glucose from asda in a box very cheap...been told Belgasol form de weerd is excellent electrolite

Beyers Electrolyt plus is good, a big tub lasts ages, 500g about £6, use  one teaspoon to 2 litres of water, it is very economical. and has a 3 year shelf life - not that it will last that long !
