Apple Cider Vinegar

Can anyone guide me about apple cider vinegar, is it simple apple juice or something else and where can i buy online.

apple cider vinegar & cider vinegar are same .......can get it from any health shop

&most supermarkets asda/tesco sell it ,useed it for years ratio 2 capfuls per 4 pints water once week .........

its not worthwhile buying on line - postage costs would be a lot more than the cost of the cider vinegar

I use cider vinegar from the health food shop. One tablespoon to a gallon of water, once a week.

the  best  one ;  im told   is   ALLINSONS  ORGANIC

Buy the one at health food shop it has live cultures in it and is better for birds has not been pasteurized and contains more nutrients

Raw, unfiltered, and organic.

 

2 bottle caps to a gallon of water twice a week.
