sapper756 Posted February 11, 2009 Report Posted February 11, 2009 Was wondering what do fanciers think about the feeding that our birds are given when at a race point during a holdover or any other circumstances. We all have our own preferences when feeding our racers at home, so if a feed is put before our birds that they are unfamiliar with, could this affect their performance? also, who decides in your Fed or Organization, what feed is used? Just interested in any views on this
ALF Posted February 11, 2009 Report Posted February 11, 2009 I've often thought about this myself Sapper so we'll see what kind of replies come
Guest bigda Posted February 11, 2009 Report Posted February 11, 2009 the rpra decided it was to be crib maze for the distance races
pjc Posted February 11, 2009 Report Posted February 11, 2009 in the case of a lot of federations feed is provided by sponsors, i.e bucktons etc but if the fed buy the feed it will be just an average mixture. They can not be expected to carry 50 different mixes and is just one of the things you have to accept when you race.
