lads ..im sure flying courriers are a good firm i was just annoyed at the time of pickup after waiting all day ...nothing else...they phoned b4 hand and everything.

as i dont wanna make out they are a bad company(cos i dont think they are) ill end my participation in this thread i started so  good night everyone im off to bed and i will be glad to see flying courriers if and when they arrive with no bitterness on my part........paul.

okay i would like to put thought here tracker makes mistakes flying couiers do you do i do lets now knock it on head leave them both to get on with what they do remmmber they are only two that ever get mentioned on this site strapper you are no diffrent than me you are fed up ill tired so i understand mate i would be spitting flames but we have to assit them in there efforts even if we are annnoyed at time that goes for both of them  sad i have to say that but both small couiers trying hard lets all let um

Not pointing fingers at anyone, but I do feel that people phone up courier companies give an address and phone number and expect the courier to make all the arrangements which to the best of their ability they try to do............... something Amtrak would never have done...........I've used them for years and NEVER had a phone call to say when they were delivering (and generally they would expect you to take birds to depot)........it was Always the fancier who made the calls to enquire about delivery. So my point is give the courier companies a little help by asking pertinant questions, either as the sender or the reciever, instead of hoping and assuming that these things will happen............Help them to help us, I think that is a fair request for all of us to do

hi thier strapper as i have apoligised to yourself on the phone tonight i did explain to yourself that it was pm as you were 2nd to last on my manifest. My driver did ring you as requested 1 and half hour before hand and this you told him not to bother i did myself ring you and it was the same. I have contacted the other person and apoligised as i will myself be seeing him on Saturday. I do appreciated the good with the bad feedbacki and the more iam told the more i can learn from it. I will hold my hands up when i have done wrong but in this instince feel not on my part as i have tried to pick up for a customer. I do not have any bad feelings to yourself iam pleased with your feed back and am arranging new pick up day and time hopefully the weather be bit better as you willl know i have let my drivers know to take it slowly due to our snowy conditions. All i can do is apoligise to yourself and hope i have not upset yourself to much and will arrange pick up again at a reasonable time which to suit yourself

Thing is, if a back garden loft as opposed to one at the allottments, or a while away.

Me, if I was phoned at 8 : 30 for a 10 O'clock pick up, I'd be fine as long as theose receiving knew what time they could expect them.

Thought that the great thing about an ealier phone call was so you didn't have them in the basket all day needlessly.

I've learnt this.... Untill I know the collection time, any bird regards me will be in the loft and not hanging about in a box.

well ive dealt with both debs and wayne and they can collect any time from me because they go out of there way 2 look after your birds...pity a few of the others dont.....KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.... ;) ;)

I will however hold my hands up for delboy i have spoken to him and arranged with himself also iam going to the dundee show and will apoligise to him in person as ive said if i do wrong hands are up if not they are down yes we have been having a few problems but look on past reports i have kept all yourselfs up to date thank you for all your feedback bad and good ones also all the support
