Roland Posted January 4, 2010 Report Posted January 4, 2010 Say I decide what I wish to mate and place them together for say 4 days then seperate. And I do this with all my birds that I want mating to which, then seperate them all back into Cockbirds and hens. Then reintroduce them back together in another 3 -4 weeks say. Would they bond and stay together. And settle easier? :-/ Yes I would let the hens chose and be settled in their' own nest boxes before putting the cock birds in?

ally mac Posted January 4, 2010 Report Posted January 4, 2010 Ive been putting all my pairs together for a few hours each day, some in nest boxes with a front dividing them, others in seperate sections and a pair in the aviary. Hoping when they are put together to have less problemss.
