ive had it over a month because it was agreed to get transfered but i lost my mobile phone with the owners number on   ;D

Was not getting at anything, only stated a month was a long time to have a bird in, as the bird is Scottish all you had to do was report it to the SHU and the owner would have had 3 days to respond to you, but you have now informed everybody that you are waiting to transfer the bird, something you never mentioned earlier.
