darkness system

Can someone tell what is the latest date you can put young birds on the darkness please ?

Ideally they should be on the dark by 21st March. But you can put them on it any time at all. The only limitation is that they need to have enough time to moult their body feathers before they come off it.

first  week of may as long as they have 6 weeks they be fine take them off 20th june
