These 2 birds landed on the rig on satuarday night when the weather was pea soup, 112 northe east of aberdeen.

 

They are resting in a box at the moment, i am feeding and watering them the best i can 3 times a day to try and build there strenth up, this morning they were looking very pircky, if the owners of these 2 birds have access to a computer can you PM me, or someone may no someone whos birdsthey are

 

They are looking a lot better than yesterday, they have lost a bit of body but nothing 2 bad.

 

There was around 8 of them sitting on the crane wire on sat, so i dont no where the rest have went 2.

Update,

 

Having a good look at the birds the day after feeding and watering them, i handled them and what a difference they have made over the last couple of days with the body, all they have been getting is broth mix.

 

I have asked the client to see if the helicopter company would allow the birds to be taken onto the helicopter tommorrow from the rig, my friend is travelling to Edinburgh and he is going to let the NE one go a couple of miles from the heliport. The GB one he is going to take to Edinburgh as this is from Northamptonshire. I will phone the gentleman tommorrow if all goes well

 

So hope they allow it.

 

Will keep yous posted on the outcome.
