how do you report a polish pigeon

Looks healthy enough. Cock bird by the picture. Some type of tumbler I would think. Mis-marked due to the red on wing I suppose. Nice bird though.

If as you said the ring slips off it cannot be rung as a baby with the right size ring, so it is possible that someone is having a laugh and put a Polish ring on for a bit of fun. If it doesn't want to go, keep it, isolate it for a few days to make sure it healthy, and use it as a trapper for your racing pigeons.

i am going to use it as a trapper at the mo it is in the bootom of the budgie and finch avery as can not fly well  as cliped some the wing flights
