I know it may sound silly but you did give the full number of the ring ie year etc.

Have just noticed the Email.a.d. is not the one for the dutch union it is BUREAU@NPO.NL or you can telephone 0031 3185 59700.

Was my mistake, I missed a number off in the first email.

 

Have now been asked for address and phone number etc for owner to contact me.
