Aberdeen Area Bird With Non Fancier

Hi was wondering if someone could help me get a bird returned from Abedeen area, it is with a non fancier who picked it up on his drive way and phoned me this morning.

So was wondering if a kind fancier could collect the bird from him and i will arrange to have it picked up ASAP
