The main core of our family is based on the very best of Geoff Kirkland's old lines which are Alfons Bauwens with a sprinkle of Desmet Matthys and Van De Pol. We housed many direct children of Geoff's national winners including 3 from the immortal Pest.

 

This family of birds are responsible for numerous club and fed wins but more importantly many top Scottish national positions including 3 national winners and a RPRA award. The Bauwens birds are an honest family, always reliable and well capable of winning the sprints but they excel from 200 miles out to 557 miles and beyond.

I had two lovely hens from Chris this year to cross with the Aardens direct from his National pigeons and they were beauties, even though they were young they have both paired, very ronky birds maybe a little like there owner
