John Soderlund was First and Second UNC with them in the eighties and they still do well in this area, generally as good one day distance birds.

Louella and nat breeding station have them, mate bought 12 from louella many year ago lost one of loft 1 went on to breed fed winner after fed winner other ten all won. Myself got one from kellytom and it bred me 1st sec 3rd open fed sartilly 500 mile 15hrs 20 min on wing, personaly found out that if you did not get them on the day that was it never seen them again but they would fly all out that first day.

i bought 10 van reets of bert hession in 1987 they went down like snow off a ditch (a load off crap)got 2 de baeres lost one (escaped) but bred a winner in 1st and only nest  the other one bred so many section and open winners ive lost count right through to france into n ireland  superb pigeons.

billy bowden of winlaton  has the best de bares any where W.D.A they have won evrey thing going and still winning today

the last time we were talking to billy bowdon was a couple of years ago and i dont think he has many if any de bares left same with john soderlund he has none either john soderlunds de bares were sold to maserella
