Just back and called the sspca that has our youngster and they said they had to put the youngster to sleep as it had life threatening wounds, when I called the vet the day they handed it over they told me the bird was fine with None Life threatening wounds to it, the reason they couldn't keep it was they did not have anywhere to keep it,

I had same experience last year SSPCA took away a hawked bird 50yds from my door never asked if anyone kept doos local ,it took 2 days phoning trying to trace bird then to be told it was dead ,this all happened 4 days after same bird had won second club nae to say i was angry.
