cant refuse them entry on not having an ets system,,,,,can refuse to not set the persons clock due to not having the officials to do the jobs,,i got refused using ets in my club as i was the 1st and only one with it and the officials didnt want to know, so i couldnt use it...but cant refuse entry to join club on the basis,,,defo not,,take it to the union only way
