Hi Gangster There are some poeple who think that they can start a non ETS club or vote not to have ETS.They think because they do not have over 25 members the rule from the disabled act does not apply to them. This is not so as long as they are members of a union which has more than 25 members the rule applies. The union will have to deal with it as they are the governing body the only option the union will have is to suspend the club. Bet this gets a lot of replies?
