The Edinburgh (racing) pigeon show held the birds for two days, this allowed fanciers that could not come both days or one or the other. Just a thought to increase spectators and maybe gain members to the fancy :-/

Do you have any entered? I am surprised the pigeons are only one day it may have drawn incomers to the pigeon fancy if even they were penned for the two days :-/

I just spoke to the organiser and it is only Saturday for the pigeons and it is £5 a ticket

The Scottish National Cage Bird Society is hold a combined cage and aviary along with fancy pigeons over two days at Ingliston in Edinburgh, there are going to be retail stalls selling avian products as well http://www.scottishnationalcbs.co.uk/home.html

Thanks Frank, it is the same in every sport than involves humans, I have spoken to the Fife cage and aviary guys and they are the same, I would not enter into any venture lighty, I am just looking for something to keep Chick busy once she has fed the birds and cleaned out the lofts ;D

There is no competition in Fife for an outlet, there is loads from clubs that do it for the members but the problem I am hearing is keeping/getting the stuff you want when the pallet runs out. Malky's club gets it in but they still need to go to Coxydene Farm most weeks.
