Hi Chrissy bought one these candlers but not showing good through the egg, is there a good one to get please

Here is the latest member or chickadees brood, 6 weeks old today

Almost every bird in chickadees stock is white, and she always get coloureds amongst the young This is her third year, she is going to keep all the young whites and pair them up next year to try and dilute the coloured genes hopefully

A bit narrow minded, surely if you join a site you are allowed to air your views. This thread has had 64 posts and 888 views must be something in it Maybe if you read it from the start, I am only asking a question and at times being flipant like yourself at times. I just want to know why moderators have different ways of doing their job, some fair and consistant, some not???

I agree that you do have a life outside the site, like everyone else. Thats why you deploy moderators, doesn't help when they throw in comments like this which contradict you Veteran of the Loft!! Then why do we always get moderators making excusses that the webmaster is too busy to deal with matters on the site. I personally never see him logged on. Me, I love the banter no holds barred as far I am concerned, weaned on the tattie feilds and grew up in the mines. but unless you rule it out on the main board then you'll never win. It is a shame when someone starts a serious post and before you know it, it becomes a farce. We are all guilty of banter on the main board, even you Bruno, but its the ripple effect next thing you know someone is getting drowned and crying for help ;D

I agree they can't be on all the timebut they seem to be on a lot. Also moderators get their tuppence in with the hijacking and banter, the problem is where do you draw a line with the banter/hijacking A lot would agree when it suits, the same as complaints, the banters fine when some members are dishing it out, but not long in complaining when it flips in their direction Also posts get moved after they have run for a while, instead of being when it suits, maybe moderators should move posts when they read them, not reply or get involved and move when it suits them or they can't answer them

First place to start is with the moderators being consistant, you have the means to moderate, but be fair and don't dictate to suit your personal views

I agree but the code is that inconsistantly used it a farce at times, even when you try to be fair rose.

Why do moderators remove posts when they are hijacked and go off the subject, the only one that seems to deal with it correctly is Bruno. He deletes the crap and leaves the valid points running. I suggested before that if a post or thread is removed then there should be a reason posted. Bruno might not be Mr Popular but at least he is consistant Or are the rules set in stone by the webmaster and his so called "moderators"
