If the estimate of 34,000 is correct then thats a lot of feeding they need, plus add on the ones they just damage, then add on the ones they traumatise
Then consider the perigrine numbers,
My view is they are wild birds and should be allowed to feed on wild pigeons etc to keep the population down naturally but when the top of the food chain gets too heavy then something should be introduced to lighten it, no wonder they are sh## scared of two eagle owls in yorkshire :-/
The minute they start feeding on domestic birds then they should be considered a nuisance just like a dog with sheep
