Surely there should be an agenda for the meeting
AGM's are normally passing the last years minutes, election or re-election of office bearers and then any other business, this is the time to air your views and have them minuted, this is where you ask to hve race programmes etc to be discussed with the members at a certain time of the year
It may be in previous minutes that certain officials decide these this year then you have no argument
Sometimes resolutions have to be submitted beforehand and backed by two clubs to have them heard but all this should be in your draft resolution or in ammendments to it, "if its there it's fair"and so it goes "if it's no their then it's no fair"
