Elections are the only thing that is giving them any breathing space, if Bush gets back in, America will go into meltdown, also the global warming or freak weather whatever causes it, is devistating the American grain outputs, I can remember them keeping the world price down by having grain mountains :-/

Once they admit it we are all fooked, because they are considered the richest economy in the world mostly by them and the finanial markets that compete against the dollar. Russia, China and the Midle east would crucify them and we would be caught in the cross fire :'(

They reckon the world is on the edge of a recession, America is in one but will not admit it. they are a zillion dollars in debt to the Chinese :-/

Both, if we don't feed folk we won't need any cars, if we don't cut back on green house gases then we won't have any folk to drive them either :-/

The problem with suppliers from England is they send out on artics or the lager lorries and on pallets, if you do not have a pallet handling device then depending on the courier you have to off load by hand. Plus how close can the courier get to where you are going to store it. How far do you want to lug 40 x 25kg or 50 x 20 kg bags per tonne maybe in the pouring rain :-/ Easiest option is if you stay on a main road and have a smooth driveway with very little or no slope right into an out building, then a you could invest in a pallet truck, also a very flexible time scale to receive deliveries :-/ Trust me I have been there

The uk is the only country that has just one main courier service, UPS cover all America and parts of Europe but not the UK :-/

I think the release business has a lot to do with diluting the quality of white pigeons (not all before you try and hang me) but quite a few Release birds generally have to cope with a fifty mile radius, do not have to beat the rest home to prove their worth. Some breeders do self release where you buy two birds and release them, not fussy if they return. I have reported a guy who sells fantails to do this service. Like Jack jack we try and keep quality in our white racers, we considered the release business but it is not viable for us to diverse in that direction at the moment, Chickadee just loves white pigeons :'(

That is one of the only ways it would work, if the guy has other courier interests then transporting pigeons is a good added income. I was commenting on a sole pigeon courier service and the networking it would need to deal with all of the UK :-/ If you don't have the networking to get a pigeon from on end of the uk to the other, then you need holding lofts, bearing in mind Amtrak just don't transport racing pigeons the also deal with fancy or any pigeons, so isolation would be needed at the holding lofts to eliminate as much as possible any cross infection.

Then why not create one for us
