I agree, there is not much if any hope for this pigeon but getting it tested lets you know what problem you have in your loft :-/

If it's neck is twisting he will only be guessing the same as the rest of us, tests results will confirm your problem and help you deal with it :-/

Best to find out what is wrong with her first it may help to know what you are dealing with, it will pay in the long run :-/

The injection is only an immunisation for paramyxo and not all birds respond to it, some even take a reaction to it, also the twisted neck can be other problems apart from paramyxo, ie salmonela or meningitis. Best to get the bird tested :-/
