For those of you who wish to know the outcome of the scum bag who killed my young bird. I took it up with my club secretary, who is advising me to write to my regional secretary, which i shall do, as this person has done it before. But, i must say No1 (a good hiding) would have pleased me more. Thanks for all your help and advise. Bob

Hi all, I have two 18 x 8 lofts 6 sections and i have been told to install fans in each section, i have a flat roof and dont like the idea of cutting into roofs as previous experience has shown that they always leak. Any Ideas? Thanks

Hi, I was advised by a top Welsh flyer to give my young birds a handful of peanuts per day. 50 young would eat approx 65oz corn and 1 handful peanuts. Any ideas? Bob

Words of advise please, I have two 18 x 8 sheds, but i have a problem with cats. If i take the bird trainning there is nobody back home to trap them in, im worried about the cats getting on the shed roofs and attacking the birds. I have a cat, but he is locked in when exercising birds and trainning, i came home from work last week and there was a neighbours cat sitting on the supertrap!!!!!! Answers: Electric fence around the roof area of shed. Electric cat repellar...Do these work? Serious advise please?..i cannot shoot them or get a dog, or send them on a holiday. Bob

Can anyone explain the reason why i loose birds of the loft, i hear experienced flyers say they never loose birds of the loft,so what am i doing wrong? Last week i let out 14 young birds, they flipped around fine, yesterday i lost 1, today 4. On average in the last two years i must have lost around 12 from the loft. Its now getting me down!!!!!!!!!!!
