I had them before i packed in but now i have restarted wished i could get them back.Went to the lofts at twello in 1988 and fell in love with these birds,bought some there and then and continued to buy them and won with them upto 581 miles pure and crossed.The red fox janssens are from a base pair schoon voske and vos de bijter which originally freek romein bought from sale of van der flaes.Remember though this family also consists of chequers and now that the stud in twello has brought in top pigeons from other top lofts the family has changed.The originals were my opinion the nicest pigeons i have ever seen,check their website or buy the dvd....FREDERIKSHOF is the name of the loft in twello...spelling may not be perfect cheers tompadel

We always use dioralite,what you get from chemists for humans,on return from race or training and also when weather is very hot after exercise along with glucose and honey.You can buy powered glucose from asda in a box very cheap...been told Belgasol form de weerd is excellent electrolite

The probelm is down to pigeon flies and the best treatment is moxidectin

I fly on allotments its murder when your waiting for one to drop and someone near you lets out 50 or 60...great at channel racing though its good banter...would love to own a house with a big garden and put up a nice loft......neighbours though sometimes can be funny so there is a side to both.. tompadel

Does it not cost to enter a bird in this one loft race? so surely all entrants will be off the persons best he has to enter, no good entering anything else...i think the ones thats performed well would be good enough for me

When paying £99 for 6 surely it boils down to pot luck but i cant see why you cant get a pedigree,whatever price you pay you should get some pedigree maybe if you saw the pedigree first you would never buy them,thats why you dont get one?????or it because it takes time to sort pedigree which in a business like louella time is money so cost will go up???
