the ring number of the bird gifted is SU 03 L 8848 he retired this bird to stock after winning his fair share of races for bobby. if anyone can remember or dig up any old results it would be a great help. I think bobby was best known for his family of grizzles the rout of this family of birds were bred from a bird he had a great win with ( THE SPARROW ) I think he flew in the CAMBUSNETHAN & MORNINGSIDE CLUB'S cheers

A few year ago I met Bobby through a stray bird of mine that had trapped to him from a hard race. After getting to know bobby he gifted me a bird. Its turned out to be my best stock cock and has bred me a few very nice pigeons. Not knowing much about Bobby or the pigeons he flew can anyone tell me a bit about his background cheers lee
