Blooming expensive!!! better off, if they can get across the canal and up the path next to the allotments there is a wee doo club there called St. Nicolas, they will get a warm welcome there and all the cold beers that they need!!! Might even get a sandwich on a club night?!😊

Ok thanks, I was just wondering why?! Are they with the WDA this year, maybe the forcast for them not so good? It's not a great place to stay overnight,no water or toilets onsite,no chuck wagons nearby either?! On the plus side there is some good fishing from the quay! atb.

Why are they held over and the snfc are up? Found that a bit worrying as there is not much between the two?

  14. Saw that the Irish and Munster Fed were libbed from Thurso this morning. Just wondered what line they take going down through Scotland? Will they go down the A9 past Perth or dog-leg down the East coast before cutting across the Central Belt to Ayrshire? Whichever way they take it must be a tough bird to face it?!!!

  16. There has been a problem with the Gypsies in France for a few years now, one of the convoyers we had got beaten up by them, put in hospital after being hit by a baseball bat. They arrived in numbers that night intent on stealing the birds to eat them. That was at Tours lib site. All convoyers should be issued with some form of defence against this sort of thing happening.
