Most of our club use it. great for training if your working and can't be at the loft for the bird return. Also a quicker method to race mark the birds, however it has let a few of our members down in the past with ET rings not being recognised. We where told by the supplier that members should check each ring is being reconised prior to taking the birds for marking in case the rings get damaged. Overall i think it's a good system that is becoming more popular even by those fanciers who where 100% against it at the outset, but i definatly would'nt use it for national racing, maybe use it as a second clock if permitted (@,@)
