I have only been a memeber of this site for a few weeks now and am totally hooked, have learned so much and my birds are happy and healthy thanks to all the advice I have been given on here.I have met so far since joining the following, Chickadee (and the banned member), filmstar, g.drysdale (and nephew and son) Jimmy White, Mitch, wee gaz. All have been so welcoming and helpful to say the least, such a credit to this site. Blaz is next on my hit list LOL. I had a great afternoon with Jimmy White today and I hope he and his house have survived my kids! A truly lovely bloke whom I will be visiting again very soon Thank you all

How often would you put multivit in the water, every day? alternate days? once a week? Got some today as well as linseed seeds for my moulting birds. Found a new supplier of pigeon stuff locally, very pleased as it will save me a 20mile round trip

Up early doors with my 2 babies, clean birds while they range round, feed them in, take my grandad (88) shopping, to the post office and out for lunch. Afternoon of housework and my second YB toss at 1 mile, all with kids in tow,the joys of motherhood!!!

Went out to my loft to find what I thought was one of my birds locked out (mystery as how it got out to me) anyway let it in cos it was raining and I had just got some new yb's so had not gotten to know what they looked liked. Today my partner was making me new perches for my new additions and told me I had 18 birds!! funny thought I only had 17, yesterday when we caught them all and put my phone rings on, one looked a bit big and dirty, oh well bath for you I thought to myself as I put the ringon, anyway to cut a long story short it is one of the pouters from round the road that I was having a bit of bother with the guy last week as I thought he was keeping mine in. Now I have inadvertantly stolen one of his birds and it has my phone ring on!! heee heee 1-0 to me. Waht do I do now, catch it and let it go without my ring??

Does anybody havethe number for BT to ask them to sort these things out. I havetried several times and get nowhere! automated service just buzz mearound. I have the same problem in my garden, a BT pole with 17 wires coming out right above my loft. It is in my garden (bought house) so if they dont reroute it or put it underground I think I may just chop it down. The woman next door to me says that they should be paying me rent for my bit of ground it is on and the inconvenience to my birds.Any ideas?

That's what I am worried about when it comes to doing my releases, the bloody Scottish weather gonna let my birds down :-/
