I spent a very wet and windy weekend in South Wales at a motorbike event, need'nt have bothered as couldn't see 2 inches in front of my nose for the mist. feel foryou guys and hope they work back

I have some very bald heads!! Looking sorry for themselves. Can hardly see the floor for feathers and I only changed the litter last week. Don't race mine and dont really know about flight feathers sorry

Surely you cant do that? If the ring has been removed from an 08 bird and put on a 09 squeaker then it gonna be racing with people thinking it is a year older than it actually is??? :-/

I have phone number rings on all of my release birds, white ones, some of them have rpra rings as well

I was in my kids room sorting out the washing when I heard a tap tap tapat the window, looked round to see my favourite wee bird 'chickadee' holding on to the window frame and tapping as if to say "hello, let me in and feed me", made me smile and she got a few extra corns

Myself and Jimmy White were discussing Willow a few weeks ago and we were willing her home, I love a happy ending

I asked one neighbour and then banged my 8x 6 shed up, 17 birds later and not a mumble. I don't have them out all day causing a nuisance,nobody seems to care but you should be careful how close you have it to other people's houses

That has just motivated me to build mine, Thanks, good explanation and makes good sense

As you are probably all bored about hearing my reluctant flyer stories I know have a pleasant surprise after my birds only ranging 5-10 mins twice a day, today I decided to feed them as I thought I was going out so they couldnt, well I stayed in and decided to let them out anyway even thought I had fed them..... they ranged around for an hour!!! and came in no problem. Funny I thought, try that again at tea time, so I fed them and yep you guessed it 1 hour 20mins, came in no problem. Bearing in mind that these are going to be used for my release business (of which I had my first service yesterday, complete sucess from 5 miles ) do you think I should carry on feeding them before I let them out? I think they were too hungry to fly :-/
