not into the rpra ones, but if someone is paying your fee you are a member of the region, what you have to be careful with is if you have a secretary who is employed if working so many hours they come under the employment laws and you cant just get rid of them,

5 MEMBERS, not 5 people, what is a MEMBER, its different for a secretary with the SHU who can be a non member, but their rule says "The council shall be composed of the office bearers OTHER THAN THE SECRETARY, so the secretary doesnt have to be ab official of the shu, but the secretary of a club is an official, with the SHU the secretary is an employee,
