  8. Lot 26 = Royal Lofts of Her Majesty The Queen 1 young bird I have secured a young bird from Her Majesty the Queen for this very worthy cause. I contacted the Royal Loft manager Carlo Napolitano who donated a young bird for the sale Results form 2008 by a bird from Royal lofts The Kingslea 1 Loft Race turned out to be quite a hard race with only 4 bird’s home on the day. The winner was a blue cock bred by The Royal Lofts ring number GB 08 ER 45 and the owner of the pigeon in the raffle draw was Joe Benzie for the Aberdeen Syndicate who won £1000.He was then sent to the Leicester 318 miles with the SNFC young bird National and was 9th Section & 130th OPEN. I bought this cock at Jocks sale Great Grand Dam was a blue hen that my Uncle Doddie Ross bred specialy for me.
