well done Mark, that's the right direction, we as individuals will get nowhere, and just give the RSPB more to down us with threats etc, i have just read my local paper, KIRKCALDY shopping cente high street,having problems with seagulls attacking people in the street actually takeing things from their hands etc while they are eating them, and whats being done about it, nothing, they have been told not to feed the seagulls, as they cant do anything,this is the environmental department, they have put up notices telling people not to feed them,as legally the local authority is not obliged to take any action as the gulls are a protected species, and even in these circumstances it is illegal to do anything that will cause suffering to the gulls, they are protected under the wildlife and countryside act 1981, so what is this country coming to, people are scared to go shopping and nothing can be done,
