what about the RSPCA, it must be cruelty song birds and pigeons getting eaten alive, as I posted before people in Kirkcaldy high street are being at tact by seeguls, the council and the envirimental health told them just stop eating things in the street as they cannot do anything as they are a protected species, and its an offence to harm or disturb them,
