agree, there is a difference between the gardeners ones and pigeon ones , I use the pigeon ones for my greenhouse but wouldn't use garden ones for my pigeons,

I got them at Blackpool for pigeon lofts, you leave the birds in the loft as it does them good, clear nostrils etc also moths and other insects,

could be carion crows m8 they are bad just now,

use household fly spray in all the cracks and spaces, brings them out right away,
