you have my support 100%. when i 1st started racing pigeons i used to enjoy basket training now my heart is in my mouth everytime i release. and how much fanciers watch on in terror as a bird which has been doin well and or won decent prizes is plucked from the sky infront of our eyes. this prob not going away and rolands right strengh in numbers its time to stop bitching and do something about it!

hi m8 i wouldnt worry about it in the slightest i used to flag my pigeons to make them fly also but spoke with very established fancier and he said his only fly around 10 minutes also. so mine are left to potter about and has made no difference on race day wether thy`ve flown hour or 10 minutes around loft what matters is their happy. a fancier in our club this week sent his birds away without having been exercised all week due to his long working hours he got them all home and ws 5th club! although wouldnt recommend not letting them out all week lol
