Bart Your a funny little man at times. When i sell a pigeon ofcourse i put it on the site it is sold because thats only fair but it doesnt mean that i have sold it to someone that has seen it on here. When i have placed a pigeon on pigeonbasics i do get lots of questions but rarely a sell! Bart you seem to have a real problem with anybody who sells pigeons, what i would call a chip on the shoulder. Maybe this is fuelled by failure in some way or a wishing to do better maybe. I sell pigeons and im very proud of the pigeons i have sent out and the success people have experienced with my and Raymond Molevelds birds. Im also proud that super fanciers like Chris Balson, Gary Inkley, Richard Grayson, Mickey Betts, D Strain (Ireland), H Spence (Ireland), Bill Tregonning, P Clarke,K Nethercott & Sons, Harding Brothers, Nigel Templar Mr & Mrs Goldie etc and many many more have invested and been successful with birds that i have selected. Hello Mealybar Its certainly a great site and i cant dispute that, i must say sorry i wasnt aware of the donation thing, maybe i could organise a pigeon to be auctioned for the website! Stuart Wilcox

Hello Mate We have lots of hens in the avairy that would fit the bill! We have a shipment coming over at the end of next week and she would be very well bred but the best i could do on price would be about £75! Stuart Wilcox

Well Andrew i have to disagree with you. The site that you have listed very often offers pigeons for sell at double there market value and cost! Very often pigeons that have cost only a 100 euros end up on sites like these at 300 or 400 euros. Remember in Holland there is a price for the Dutch and then a price for the rest, the key is to get the Dutch price! I recently had a call from a man that had been quoted 500 euros a pigeon from a famous flyer of De Klaks, he asked if i could get a better price and we did 150 euros each at the door!!!!! Im just at a loss to know why the NFC would take such stupid actions as they do and the reasen because we have to many clubs all competing for birdage. Many of the fanciers in the south of england who support the NFC year in year out by actually sending there birds have again been let down. How can you have a national from Penzance its a joke esp when 90% of Combines, Feds and Classic clubs have already voted to fly north. Even if the channel flying is allowed in June or July who will be in a posiyion to send, everybody is flying north except fanciers in the Midlands and they rarely support NFC races. Section E and G send by far the most pigeons to National races and i pretty sure 99% of fanciers in that area have already turned north. Stuart

Andrew Mealy bar has a point!!!!!! Stuart

I understand that the NFC have decided in a meeting yesterday to fly south with 2 races from Penzance and 1 from Southern Ireland. Has anybody else heard this? If this is true im just at a loss with the NFC as most people have already turned there birds North! Stuart Wilcox

Lads From the day they are born give them Cider Apple Vinegar 2 x week, vaccinate when they are 30 days old and train when they are 60 days old. Add some good beans to the mix when they are growing and avoid sugarery mixes and too much seed! Depurative and Barley are also good things to add to a mix and dont over feed before racing and training!! By training when they are 60 days old you can avoid giving them so much training in the 3 weeks before the 1st yb race when so many are lost and pick it up!!! Young Bird sickness is not treatable but it is avoidable. Stuart Wilcox

The role of the RPRA and Peter Bryant has never been under the microscope such as it is now with the outbreak of Avian Flu but in my opinion Peter Bryant has finally given our sport the representation and guidance that many of have felt has been missing in the past. The way in which Mr. Bryant has dealt with Defra and the way in which he has reported back to the sport has been a credit to him. I have found him to be open, honest and informative when reporting on the status of Avian Flu. Many were quick to point the finger in his direction but remember he has got the sport racing all be it in a reduced capacity. If Pigeon Racing does return to normal in the near future then Mr Bryant at least deserves a pat on the back for a job well done. I have many grievances with the RPRA and there leadership of the sport but I just hope that Peter Bryant can tackle those other problem areas with the same determination and vigor as he has address the threat of Avian Flu Stuart Wilcox

Hi Chris Hows it going mate!! The only line louella have thats worth investing in is the Invicible Spirit line, the rest are so so pigeons. I knew Rod Baxter well and i knew his pigeons and Beths Boy was a super pigeon, his children were lovely stong blues that really followed the Hession Van Reet type but when i saw the rubbish they were selling from him at Blackpool it makes me sad for Rod and his lifes work. Lads pigeons that breed pigeons and then bred more pigeons without seeing a basket will give you a pigeon with a depleated homing ability. Stuart
