I dont thing its really going to help, your training plan should follow something like 10 days hard work them 3 to 4 days rest and carbo loading!!!

As i Have said there are many frauds!!! In the last 3 months i have heard from the horses mouth so to speak. 1) Pigeons being auctioned in Ireland with false pedigrees by foreign fancier.!!! 2) Pigeons being sold on the internet with false breeding performances by UK fancier!!! 3) Dutch flyer cheating with clock but still selling lots of pigeons on the internet!!! Some may be true some not, the fact is if you approuch the RPRA they will tell you they have no interest in the coomercail side of the sport and its not like you can name them when you are in my position as you leave your self open to legal action.
